The THRIVE Workforce Development Program prepares youth and young adults ages 16–24 with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to successfully enter the workforce and build a pathway toward long-term success.
Through career exploration, job-readiness training, financial literacy, digital skills, workplace professionalism, resume development, interview preparation, entrepreneurship, and exposure to high-demand career fields, participants gain practical skills that prepare them for employment and adulthood.
The program also works to connect participants with local businesses, employers, training providers, colleges, and community partners for career exposure, job shadowing, internships, certifications, and employment opportunities.
