The Youth-N-Action Impact Leadership Academy is an early-intervention youth development program designed to equip 3rd-8th grade students with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed in school, at home, and in their communities.
Through engaging lessons, interactive activities, mentorship, and team-building experiences, students develop skills in leadership, discipline and accountability, communication, emotional intelligence, character development, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
The Academy provides a positive and structured environment that focuses on developing strong habits and life skills early—helping students become confident, responsible, and prepared young leaders.
