YOUTH-N-ACTION IMPACT LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Youth-N-Action Impact Leadership Academy is a year-round afterschool leadership and development program designed to serve elementary and middle school students (grades 4th–8th) through structured, cohort-based sessions.

The program operates on a 4-cohort model aligned with the school calendar, with each cohort consisting of 25 students participating in an 8-week session. Sessions are held twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursday) for 90 minutes, allowing students to engage in consistent, high-impact learning experiences.

The Academy focuses on developing leadership, discipline, communication, emotional intelligence, and life skills at an early age—before negative behavioral patterns are established. Each cohort follows a standardized curriculum, ensuring all participants receive the same high-quality instruction and experience.

At the conclusion of each session, students will participate in a Leadership Showcase and receive a Certificate of Completion, reinforcing achievement and personal growth.
