Team Dr1ven Basketball is the premier youth basketball program of Youth-N-Action, dedicated to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. Through high-level coaching, competitive opportunities, skill development, and character education, Team Dr1ven prepares players to compete at the highest levels while emphasizing leadership, discipline, teamwork, accountability, and academic success.
The program is designed to provide a clear developmental pathway for athletes, offering age-appropriate training and competitive experiences that prepare players for middle school, high school, and beyond.

Academic Accountability and Tutoring
At Youth-N-Action, we prioritize success in the classroom just as much as success in sports. Student-athletes receive structured academic support, homework assistance, and tutoring to help them stay on track and reach their full potential. We emphasize discipline, time management, and accountability to ensure every participant understands that academics come first.
Mentorship and Life Skill Training
Our program provides consistent mentorship and life skills development to guide student-athletes both on and off the field. Through weekly sessions, participants engage in discussions on decision-making, character, responsibility, and goal setting, while building relationships with positive role models who support their growth and development.
Leadership Development Curriculum
Youth-N-Action integrates a structured leadership curriculum designed to build confident, well-rounded individuals. Student-athletes develop skills in communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and leadership, preparing them to lead in sports, school, and their communities.
TEAM DR1VEN MIDDLE SCHOOL basketball program
Team Dr1ven Middle School Basketball Program for 5th-8th graders is designed for student-athletes who are ready to compete at a high level while continuing to develop their skills, discipline, and basketball IQ. Our teams compete on elite platforms such as the Nike Jr. EYBL Circuit, On The Radar Circuit, NGS Hoops and AAU Nationals providing players with strong competition, exposure, and a true grassroots basketball experience.
This program goes beyond just playing games—it focuses on preparing athletes for success at the high school level and beyond. Players receive structured practices, skill development, and coaching that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and leadership. The goal is to position each athlete for long-term success, helping them grow into high school prospects with the potential to earn college opportunities while developing the character and work ethic needed to succeed in life.
