FutureWorks by Youth-N-Action is an innovative afterschool program designed to introduce elementary and middle school students to technology, artificial intelligence (AI), digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and future career opportunities.

As technology continues to transform the world, FutureWorks helps students develop the skills needed to succeed in school, future careers, and life. Through hands-on activities, project-based learning, and interactive lessons, students explore how technology shapes industries while building creativity, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The program serves students in grades 4th–8th through structured 8-week cohorts that meet twice per week during the school year. Students learn how to use technology responsibly, explore emerging career pathways, develop innovative ideas, and gain exposure to the tools that will shape tomorrow's workforce.
