At Youth-N-Action, we believe the true measure of success extends far beyond the scoreboard. Our commitment is to create meaningful opportunities that empower student-athletes to grow academically, develop as leaders, discover their potential, and prepare for life beyond sports.
Through education, mentorship, leadership development, career exposure, and community engagement, we work to equip young people with the knowledge, confidence, and real-world experiences necessary to succeed in school, their future careers, and their communities.
Our impact goes beyond individual achievement. By encouraging student-athletes to lead, serve, and give back, we are helping develop a generation of responsible, purpose-driven young people who can positively influence the communities around them.
We don't just invest in student-athletes. We invest in the leaders, professionals, and changemakers they have the potential to become.

“Youth-N-Action has made a significant impact on my child's life. The tutoring and golf program have improved his grades and confidence.“
“The Read & Feed Initiative is a wonderful program addressing critical needs in our community. We're proud to support Youth-N-Action.“
"I applaud Youth-N-Action for their innovative approach to youth development, preparing our future leaders for the challenges ahead.“
“Youth-N-Action is not just a program, it's a family program that gives kids an opportunity to show their talent. They have provided my son Braden Gordon with a phenomenal experience with their program. The life skills workshop is very entertaining and will help him in his future endeavors. They have allowed him to show off his talent in basketball as well being able to compete on a higher level with other high level skill players in other states. This is a program that you would enjoy being a part of as a family.”
“As a parent, I want the best for my son. Putting my son Christian Fails in this program was one of the best decisions that I’ve made. The coaches support my son in every aspect of his life. They also support my son outside of the organization by attending his school’s basketball games and YMCA games. They believe in the kids and foster them academically, socially, and athletically . They aspire my son and push him to be the best that he can be. They teach him life skills, financial responsibility, etiquette, professionalism, and teamwork. Overall, we love this program and the impact that it has made on my son.”

Youth-N-Action proudly celebrates one of its own, Braden Gordon, on his commitment to play football at Georgia Tech, a milestone that reflects years of hard work, dedication, and personal growth.
Braden’s journey with Youth-N-Action began as a fourth-grade student-athlete in the Team Dr1ven Basketball Program. From the moment he joined the program, Braden embraced the values that define Team Dr1ven—commitment, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. He remained a loyal member of the program throughout his middle school years, participating through eighth grade and becoming a model student-athlete both on and off the court.
While Braden excelled athletically during his time with Team Dr1ven, his development extended far beyond sports. Through Youth-N-Action’s mentoring initiatives, he gained valuable life skills that helped shape his character, leadership abilities, and work ethic. Those lessons continue to serve him today as he navigates success in academics, athletics, and life.
After completing his Team Dr1ven journey, Braden continued his educational and athletic career at Montgomery Academy, where he has established himself as one of Alabama’s premier student-athletes.
On the football field, Braden has earned First Team Class 3A All-State honors during both his sophomore (2024-2025) and junior (2025-2026) seasons. His outstanding play and leadership have made him one of the most respected players in the state and ultimately led to his commitment to Georgia Tech.
His success has not been limited to football. Braden has also enjoyed an exceptional basketball career at Montgomery Academy, helping lead the Eagles to back-to-back state championships in 2025 and 2026. During the 2025-2026 championship season, Braden delivered a remarkable performance on the biggest stage and was named State Finals Most Valuable Player.
Additionally, he earned First Team All-State honors in basketball during both his sophomore and junior seasons, further demonstrating his versatility, competitiveness, and dedication to excellence.
As Braden prepares for his senior year, he stands poised to add even more accomplishments to an already impressive résumé. He is scheduled to graduate from Montgomery Academy in December 2026 and will enroll at Georgia Tech in Spring 2027, where he will continue his academic and athletic career as a member of the Yellow Jackets football program.
“Braden’s story is exactly why Youth-N-Action exists,” said Youth-N-Action leadership. “We strive to help young people develop the skills, character, confidence, and discipline necessary to succeed in every area of life. Watching Braden grow from a fourth-grade Team Dr1ven player into a Division I student-athlete is incredibly rewarding. We are proud of the young man he has become and excited to watch him continue his journey at Georgia Tech.”
Braden’s success serves as an inspiration to the next generation of Youth-N-Action and Team Dr1ven participants. His journey demonstrates that with hard work, perseverance, strong mentorship, and a commitment to excellence, great opportunities can become reality.
Congratulations, Braden! The entire Youth-N-Action family is proud of you and wishes you continued success as you begin the next chapter of your journey at Georgia Tech.
