The Youth-N-Action Thanksgiving Community Meal Giveaway is an annual community outreach initiative created to provide Thanksgiving meals to individuals and families who may need additional support during the holiday season.
Through partnerships with local businesses, churches, civic organizations, community leaders, volunteers, and donors, Youth-N-Action provides 100 Thanksgiving meals to referred families and community members. Registration is limited to the first 100 approved recipients to ensure Youth-N-Action can provide a meaningful and organized experience for every family served.
More Than a Meal
The Community Meal Giveaway represents one of the most important values of Youth-N-Action: Service.
While much of our work focuses on developing young people, we recognize that supporting youth also means supporting the families and communities surrounding them. The Thanksgiving Community Meal Giveaway allows Youth-N-Action, its supporters, volunteers, and young people to come together through service and demonstrate the importance of giving back.
Community Partnership
Businesses, churches, civic organizations, and individuals are encouraged to participate through financial contributions, food donations, volunteer service, referrals, and community partnerships.
Every contribution helps Youth-N-Action ensure that more families can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal while experiencing the support of a community that cares.
