YOUTH-N-ACTION IMPACT LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The Youth-N-Action Impact Leadership Academy is a dynamic youth development program designed to empower students ages 13–18 with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience needed to succeed in school, careers, and life.
This program combines leadership development, workforce readiness, and community engagement to create a structured pathway for youth to grow into impactful leaders. Participants engage in hands-on learning experiences that include public speaking, financial literacy, career exploration, and social-emotional development, all while being guided by mentors and community leaders.
A key component of the program is youth-led community impact projects, where participants take the lead in planning and executing initiatives such as food drives, school supply drives, and other service efforts that positively impact their communities. Through these experiences, students develop responsibility, teamwork, and a strong sense of purpose.
Participants will also gain valuable workforce skills by building resumes, participating in mock interviews, and exploring career pathways.
Upon completion, students earn the Youth-N-Action Certified Leader Certificate, along with documented community service hours and a leadership portfolio that can be used for college and job opportunities.
The Youth-N-Action Impact Leadership Academy is more than a program—it is a movement to develop the next generation of leaders who are prepared to make a difference in their communities and beyond.
