The Youth-N-Action Future Leaders Academy is a year-round afterschool leadership and development program designed to serve elementary and middle school students (grades 4th–8th) through structured, cohort-based sessions.
The program operates on a 4-cohort model aligned with the school calendar, with each cohort consisting of 25 students participating in an 8-week session. Sessions are held twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursday) for 90 minutes, allowing students to engage in consistent, high-impact learning experiences.
Youth-N-Action partners with schools to provide high-quality, structured programs that support student development both inside and outside the classroom.
Pillar 1: Impact Leadership Academy
Is designed as an afterschool early intervention program for 4th-8th grade students that helps schools strengthen student behavior, build leadership skills, and create a more positive school culture.
Pillar 2: FutureWorks Lab
Is designed as an afterschool technology, innovation, and career exploration program for 4th-8th grade students that helps students develop future-ready skills through artificial intelligence, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for success in school, careers, and life.
Together, these two pillars create a powerful combination of character development, leadership, technology, and career readiness that helps students thrive both in the classroom and beyond.
Schools today face increasing challenges:
Youth-N-Action is committed to helping schools create meaningful experiences that support student growth and success.
